Tuesday to Friday

All orders taken before midday are usually posted that day; after midday it will be posted the following day.

Saturday and Sunday

All order taken on the weekend are posted Monday morning

Monday

All orders taken on Monday are posted the following day

If there is a problem with your order we endeavour to inform you by email.

If you are concerned that your order has not arrived then please contact us; details on our contacts page.

All post is by Royal Mail First class but larger items may be passed on to parcel Force via the Royal Mail.

Arrangements can be made for other shipping methods if required.

Orders going out side the UK are sent by Royal Mail air mail

All postage is based on a weight estimate and includes charges for handling and packaging materials.

Pick up in person is not permitted.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, for what ever reason, then please return it to us witin 14 days.

If the item is faulty or not fit for purpose then we will offer a full refund, including postage; so you will not be out of pocket.

If, however the item is just not suitable, and is returned to us undamaged and unused we will offer a refund, less our postage and packing costs.

There will be no restocking fee and refunds will only be issued upon the safe return of the goods.
